Once you place an order, you ship us your old plastic card. Our technicians securely transfer the EMV chip and magnetic stripe data to your new laser-engraved metal card. Your original card is returned to you deactivated for your records.
Is it safe to send my card through the mail?
Yes, we recommend using a tracked shipping method. We handle all cards in a highly secure, monitored facility, and we never store your personal financial data or CVV codes.
Will my new metal card work at ATMs and Point-of-Sale terminals?
Absolutely. Our precision-engineered metal cards are designed to work in all standard dip-and-swipe readers and ATMs. Please note that metal cards do not support 'Tap to Pay' functionality due to the metal casing shielding the antenna.
What is the turnaround time for a custom order?
Once we receive your plastic card, we typically complete the engraving and chip transfer within 24-48 hours. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I choose my own custom design for the engraving?
Yes, you can upload your own vector logo or choose from our curated gallery of minimalist and luxury templates to create a card that perfectly matches your personal style.
